It rained so hard yesterday I thought about stopping and getting two of each animal just in case.  The drift boat wouldn’t of quite held the animals like Noah’s Ark.  Pete and Sandra put up with some not so nice conditions.  1 to 2 inches of rain was in the forecast and the sky let go as soon as we hit the river.  Water was pouring down gullies into the river and after a few hours the water clarity started to cloud up.  The changing conditions had the bigger browns looking to fill their tummies.  Pete put some really nice wild Virginia brown trout in the boat.  Unfortunately we didn’t get great photos of all of them due to the rain. Last fish we landed was a 20 inch brown but my camera lens was fogged with rain drops all over it.  IMG_3686
