Time to Down Size

Its that time of year to start downsizing your fly.  The cold nights and mornings have brought down the water temps below 50 degrees.  On rivers I would normally throw a 12-16 hook I'm now fishing 16-20 to get the bites.  Morning fishing has been slow with the afternoon bringing on feeding and the bugs.
